We process personal data in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Booking details: name, passenger names, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, flight number, number of passengers and luggage, and any notes you add.
• Communication: messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. Why we use your data

• To create, confirm and carry out your booking, including flight monitoring and driver assignment.
• To communicate with you about your booking and to respond to your requests.
• To meet our legal, accounting and tourism licensing obligations.
• To keep our website secure, prevent misuse and improve our services.

4. Legal bases

We process your data to perform a contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, for our legitimate interests in running and securing our business, and, where required, with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Who receives your data

Your data is shared only as needed to provide the service: with our operations team and the driver assigned to your transfer, and with service providers such as website hosting, map and address-search services, and communication tools. We do not sell your personal data. Where data is transferred abroad, we do so in line with KVKK and GDPR requirements.

6. How long we keep data

We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting obligations, and delete or anonymise it afterwards.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to confirm whether we process your data, to give you a copy, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw your consent.
